Fulfillment Policy

Important Notice: In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and any Professional Services Agreement (or similar agreement) you have entered into with us (collectively, the “Services Agreement”), the terms outlined in your Services Agreement will take precedence. This policy is intended solely to complement your Services Agreement and does not amend, override, or nullify any of its provisions regarding service delivery, payment terms, refunds, cancellations, or fulfillment processes.

‍Our Commitment to Exceptional Service: At Simplify with Ai LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service from the very start of our partnership. Upon execution of your Professional Services Agreement, our dedicated team will promptly initiate your outreach program—this includes services such as domain acquisition, email account setup and management, campaign development, and additional activities as detailed in your agreement. Our mission is to ensure a seamless experience that aligns perfectly with your business objectives.

‍Cancellation Policy: We understand that business priorities may change. If you need to cancel your services with us, please provide a written notice at least 30 days in advance. This notice period allows us to wind down our activities efficiently and ensures that both parties can transition smoothly.

‍Refund Policy: Due to the specialized nature of our services and the significant upfront work involved in establishing and managing your outreach program, our refund policy is structured as follows: A 30-day written notice is required if you wish to cancel our services. Refunds will not be issued for the kickoff fee, monthly service fee, or turnover fee. Nevertheless, we remain committed to your satisfaction and will diligently address any concerns during your notice period.
